Community Outreach:
The Foundation, on behalf of Lexington Medical Center, presented Harvest Hope Food Bank with funds to support the expansion of their Diabetic Food pantries at their annual Share Your Holiday Event. They currently have six locations throughout Lexington County, and were able to provide over 28,000 diabetic friendly meals last year.
