The 8-month wait is over for 15 Chronicle Country high school football teams. SCISA teams Northside Christian Academy and W.W. King Academy will open fall practice Thursday, with the 13 S.C. High School League teams taking the field the following day. From acclimation period to scrimmages and Jamborees, teams will use the next 3 weeks to build up for their season openers.
