zest from the lemon 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder
Beat together lemon juice, sugar and eggs. Add flour and baking powder. Pour over crust. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cool (freeze if desired). Sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
