Leadership Lexington County (LLC) is celebrating 25 years of developing leaders in our community. The 34 member class of 2019 graduated Jan. 9. Over the past 25 years, LLC has graduated 813 future leaders. The program teaches learning, service, and leadership in 3 phases. The 2019 service project raised over $80,000 to build a pavilion for the Central Midlands Transitional Retreat. The 2020 class welcomed 36 members. LLC is welcoming a new Board Chair, Aneesah Deen-Carlos, Lexington Medical Center. The 2020 Board Members are Allan Goff (Immediate Past-Chair), Ben Fuller, Jeanette Rivera, Mary Fechtel, Matt Porth, Robert Singleton, Oneal Staples (Chair-Elect), Thomas Tafel, Anna Huffman, Roy Mefford, Adam Deloach, Kerry Powers, and Mike White.
