Mission Lexington receives food donation

Mission Lexington has received 4 pallets of ramen noodles from Palmetto Gourmet Foods.

“We’re beyond grateful to Palmetto Gourmet for this incredible donation,” said Robin W. Bowers, Executive Director of Mission Lexington. “We are blessed to have a community full of people reaching out to help the neighbors that we serve.”

Palmetto Gourmet Director of Operations Sal Tortora is a former Mission Lexington Food Pantry volunteer and wanted to give back.

“I know the great work that Mission Lexington does to help families and individuals in need in our community,” said Tortora.

“I’m proud that Palmetto Gourmet Foods can support their efforts by providing much-needed food for their food pantry.”
