A good crowd came to the American Legion meeting as new officers were elected and sworn in. Mark Bays was reelected Commander, David Miles Adjutant, Ed Pearson 1st Vice, Shannon Merrill Chaplin and Hawk Betts Post Service Officer. The meal was furnished by the Convent Women’s Ministry.

Congratulations to Berkeley High Senior Aidan Free who will be joining the Navy.

Beginning June 17, meals will be available for pick up at Pelion Elementary at no cost to all children 18 and under as well as individuals with disabilities up to 21 years old.
