Always Original Bakery will open in July at 501 Meeting St. in West Columbia.
Co-owner Jay Dawson will offer cakes, cupcakes, cookies, scones and artisan breads, all made on-site with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-sensitive options.
His partner George Grogan will handle the marketing of the business.
