Puxsutawney Phil predicted an early spring, BUT only time will tell if that prognostication is accurate!

The reality is that spring is on the way whether we want it early or late. Spring brings beautiful flowers and pollen! If you have allergies, Pollen.com has a place to put in your zip code and check out how much pollen is in your area.

Yard sales also spring up this time of year. Seven Oaks Park is having an indoor yard sale March 14, 7-11 am. If you get your “spring cleaning” done and clean out those closets, you could have extra cash! Call 802-772-3336 for more information.

Palmetto singers will present their “Ages and Stages” festival of choirs at St. Andrews Baptist Church February 22 at 7:30 pm. The choirs include, She Sings, Shandon Presbyterian Church, Sumter High School, and the Irmo elementary school choir. Go to www.palmettomastersingers.org for information.
