Strong women raise strong women

One of the things I appreciate most about my mom is her strength. After my parent’s divorced when I was 7, my mom had a lot of personal struggles to overcome. There were many times she could have given up, and probably wanted to. The strength it took her to get back on track is something I regularly marvel at. I used to think I didn’t have much in common with my mom, but I’ve come to realize that I get my strength from her. Well, that and a love for cats and gardening. Thanks for giving me hope, even when I think it’s lost.
