Supporters gathered June 16 in Lexington as Modern Exterminating Company Inc. owners held a ribbon-cutting to mark the official opening of their newest office. The facility at 5223 Augusta Rd. will be the headquarters for their expansion into the Lexington area. The decision to expand came after owner Glenn Matthews realized their growth as a company would best be served by having a physical location in Lexington.
