Swansea chief’s final farewell
Past and present officers of the Town of Swansea wish retiring Chief Clif Hayes a fond farewell.

Swansea’s Chief of Police Clif Hayes retired last Friday.
Friends and family celebrated his years in law en forcement at the Swansea Police Department Oct. 9.
Many of Chief Hayes’ Law Enforcement brothers were there to send him off in style.
Chief Hayes spent the last 25 years in Law Enforcement.
Council members Linda Butler, Doris Simmons and Mike Luongo represented the Town of Swansea.
