T-wolves play Irmo tonight

Your Timberwolves athletics teams will be in action multiple times this week, startinG tonight with the girls varsity volleyball team. They’ll travel to Irmo High School for a conference game at 7 p.m.

The Boys JV Football team plays aT home tonight against Keenan High at 7 p.m., and the varsity squad hosts the Keenan High varsity Friday night in the Wolf Den at 7:30. Come out and support our local athletes in whatever sport they are competing in. Go, T-Wolves!

This is way in advance, but necessary to know if you’re interested and want to sign up. St. James Lutheran Church on South Lake Drive will host a car show and bazaar October 26, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Interested in showing a car contact the church office at 359-2122.

Red Bank United Methodist on South Lake Drive at Old Barn-well Road will hold its annual Harvest Fest November 3 and is already signing up vendors for the Market portion of the event. Call the church office at 359-4031.

J. Crolley, and Jim Spence.

Only one anniversary to report this week, but it’s an important one that I had better not forget to mention—my own. It’s a statistically significant one, also—we’re celebrating our 25th anniversary. Thanks to Amy for putting up with me all these years; how about we do it for another 25?
