The FBI has completed its supplemental background check on Judge Brett Kavanaugh. They interviewed numerous witnesses and followed leads from those interviews. The FBI did a thorough, professional job and was not hindered in any way.

Judge Kavanaugh has now undergone 7 FBI background checks. The FBI has interviewed nearly 150 people. He may be the most scrutinized man in America.

I have known Brett Kavanaugh for years and have always been impressed by his commitment to the Constitution. I’m appalled at the smears and character assassination that liberal opponents have spread in order to ruin his reputation and life.

It’s time to vote. I’m ready to vote YES.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-SC

Who’s to blame?

The leadership of SCANA needs to be held personally accountable for their actions during the construction of the reactors. They basically killed the renaissance of the nuclear industry in this country.

The blame goes back to when the state legislature gave them a blank check for financing. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission apparently did nothing and allowed this project to proceed unmonitored.

Westinghouse failed to provide the necessary engineering support for this project.

FYI: The Chinese have completed one AP1000 reactor which is up and running and is building three more.
