Several vendors were present and gave out free items including W. P Rawl Farms, which gave out samples of collards and dip, Blue Bell Ice Cream, which gave out ice cream cups, State Farm, which gave out school supplies, and the sheriff’s department, which had employees giving out school supplies and other items.
The highlight was the helicopter that landed in the parking lot of the school.
