The Cayce West Columbia Chamber of Commerce celebrated the grand opening of side-by-side businesses last week.
Tupulo Grove Events and National Tax Service North Main share a building at 1004 12th Street in Cayce.
The Tax service is an established business that has relocated to Cayce. Tupulo Grove is new.
Tupolo owner Denyse Nodder has plenty of experience that helped her realize her long-held dream of having an events management business.
She started off in the florist business as a teenager at Kirby-Croft Florist in Columbia. After Kirby-Croft closed she joined Calder and Holmes, but eventually missed doing floral and joined Woodley’s.
There she met Wanda Parker and that led to starting Tupulo Grove which specializes in wedding and corporate events.
It’s a Matter of Taste was on hand at the ribbon cutting to provide some tasty fare for the attendees.
