You can bet you’ll see more and bigger Walmart supercenters.

Walmart is betting on them in its battle with Amazon and other digital retailers.

The supercenters will average 180,000 square feet – more than 3 football fields – with 100,000 prod-Amazon attaches the badge to legitimate listings but also to products regulators have raised safety concerns about. Some make false claims or the listings were manipulated to get the endorsement.

Amazon sometimes gives the badge to items that violate its own policies.

One is energy supplement Redline Microburst which calls itself a “fat burner.” It carried an Amazon’s Choice badge, even though Amazon rules explicitly prohibited sales of Redline-brand products.

Wanna buy a car on time?

Some auto dealers around the country are faking loan applications with inflated incomes, according to consumer lawyers.

Large lenders have cut back on some safeguards that could catch the applications the same way mortgage lenders stopped double-checking applicants before the financial crisis.

Federal and state officials have sued dealers and lenders, The Wall Street Journal reported.

What’s worse is that the borrowers often default on the loans within months, destroying their credit ratings. ucts including groceries, clothes, camping gear and TVs.

You will be able to fill prescriptions, transfer money or get your hair done. They’re often open 24 hours as community gathering spots and places for you to take a walk in cold weather.

Walmart also plans to build “edge computing” with data processed close to where it is being collected and faster than using the cloud. This could be rented to business customers to process large amounts of data quickly.

Added warehouse and shipping could be offered to sellers to allow them to easily sell on Walmart.com. Walmart could be paid for processing and shipping.

Amazon’s Choice not so choice

Don’t be fooled.

If you’re shopping online and find “Amazon’s Choice” products you may assume that is a stamp of approval. It isn’t.
