For a change of pace after eating all that turkey, here’s a simple and delicious seafood casserole your family will love.

Shrimp-Crab Casserole

2 cups milk 1/2 cup grated cheese for mixing 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 cup grated cheese for topping 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce 8 oz. cooked shrimp 4 oz. crab meat, picked clean

Mix flour, salt and pepper with part of the milk. Beat out lumps. Add 1/2 cup cheese to rest of milk in a double boiler. When cheese has melted, add flour mixute and Tabasco sauce. Stir until smooth and thickened. Add shrimp and crab meat. Our in casserole, top with grated cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
