The West Columbia Planning Commission is considering a request for a zone designation for a Buff Property Redevelopment Project.
The owners of the Buff property on Sunset Boulevard (US 378) want to build 300 high end apartments and a retail complex with a supermarket on more than 50 acres between Lexington Medical Center and I-20.
