A welcomed homecoming

Gunners Mate 1st Class Lawrence Threatt, of Lexington, talks with his daughter during a homecoming at Naval Station Mayport, Fla. Threatt is assigned to the Whidbey Island-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43). Fort McHenry completed a scheduled deployment as part of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group in support of maritime security operations, crisis response and theater security cooperation, while also providing a forward naval presence.
