What do you do with your empty gallon plastic milk or water jugs? Avalo Cat Sanctuary is in need of these for the upcoming spring and summer.

They fill them up with fresh water and twice daily go to each area and make sure that the cats’ water containers are full. To be able to do this effectively, workers fill the jugs and place them at the entrances to the enclosures for easy access during feeding time. The empty jugs are then returned to be refilled and replaced.

If you have clean gallon jugs to donate, please contact me or you can drop them off at the Swansea Bi-Rite grocery store.

Please make sure lids fit and are clean.
