District 4 recognizes first Hall-of-Famer

Lexington School District 4 and the Swansea High School Athletics Department selected Coach Doug Bennett as the first member of the Lexington 4 Athletics Hall of Fame.
The inaugural induction will take place at halftime of the Swansea vs. Edisto varsity football game Friday, Nov. 1.
Bennett coached football at Swansea for 36 years amassing a record of 265-140-6, winning 3 state championships - 1960, 1974, and 1975.
