East Point Academy in West Columbia has a reputation of excellence.

The academy is a highly rated Manderin immersion public charter school that provides rigorous academics with a global focus for students from 4 year-old kindergarten to 8th grade.

East Point has partnered with Newberry College. The partnership helps Newberry‘s Education Department by providing future teachers with a place to gain teaching and development experience while East Point gets training, support and professional development from Newberry.
