Have we lost our accountability?

Posted

I have been seeing something change in the last few years, especially recently.

In today’s world, accountability is going by the wayside. I was brought up to believe if I said I would do something, I would do it. If asked to help with something and I said I would, I did it.

Why has this changed? Does a commitment not matter anymore? When you tell someone you will do something but don’t, why did you say you would?

Has responsibility gone, not to return? Or is this a phase we are going through.

Whether it be at work or leisure, if you say that you will do something for someone, please take a look at what you are agreeing to before you commit to it. If you can’t follow through with what you thought you could have, let the person know. Don’t fail to do it and not say anything. Someone is counting on you.

Until next week, fly safely, my friends.
