Real estate school expands to Lexington
Special to the Chronicle
ExceeD Real Estate School now has two locations:
• Northeast Columbia - 1034 Wildwood Centre Drive, Columbia
• Lexington - 955 East Main Street, Lexington.
ExceeD Real Estate School is accredited by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission as an educational provider for South Carolina real estate courses.
ExceeD currently offers the Unit I Pre-Licensing 60 hour course and the Unit II Advanced Real Estate Principles 30 hour course, both of which are required to obtain a South Carolina Real Estate Salesman License.
The school also offers Continuing Education for real estate agents.
