Three Lexington County female athletes were recognized in their respective sports by the S.C. Coaches Association of Women’s Sports at their annual Fall Sports Player of the Year and Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony at the S.C. State Museum in Columbia. Isabella Rawl (left) of Lexington (Class 5A) and (not pictured) Jensen Castle (Class 3A) of Gray Collegiate were recognized as Players of the Year in golf. Chapin’s Ashley Miller (right) was named Class 5A Player of the Year in competitive cheer for the state champion Lady Eagles.
