School District 5 in Chapin and Irmo has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Association of School Business Officials International for its annual financial report for the 2018 fiscal year. Chief Finance Officer Len Richardson called it an honor to be recognized nationally.
