Do you always pig out on Thanksgiving? You’ll be tired of turkey and ham soon, so I’m sharing this recipe to help you out of the doldrums. It’s easy to make any time of year and oh so good.
Cheese Meat Loaf
1 egg 1 tsp. sugar 1 cup sharp cheese 1 cup Waverly Wafers, crushed 1 small can tomato sauce 1 lb. ground chuck ¼ cup onions. chopped ¼ tsp. salt 1¼ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Beat egg. Add other ingredients and mix well. Put in greased loaf pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350º.
Serves 4 to 5.
