Violent leftists hijack protests

Terrorists on the left and the right have similar goals.

Both want a revolution to end America as we know it.

The Chronicle has reported on the violence of the white supremacist groups.

These included the far right Boogaloo Bois who police say fomented the violence in Columbia.

On the far left, Antifa – short for anti-fascist – and similar groups are as violent and aim to set up a socialist government, police and media sources say.

The Chronicle’s findings indicate that communist-backed groups are hijacking what started out as peaceful protests over the death of unarmed George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer.

Democrat and Republican officials say these groups exploit protests to further their own revolutionary goals.

Former New York City police commissioner Bernard Kerik said Antifa is “in 40 states and 60 cities.”

He told The Epoch Times. “It’s a radical, socialist attempt at revolution.”

Epoch Times is an investigative online news outlet.

Coordination, equipment and travel costs would likely cost “tens of millions of dollars,” Kerik said.

Where the money comes from has not been revealed but some suspect it comes from anti-US countries such as China, Iran or Russia.

Of the rioters, Kerik said, “They’re coming from other cities. That costs money. Somebody’s paying for this.”

“What Antifa is doing is they’re basically hijacking the black community.

“They instigate, antagonize, get young men and women to do stupid things and they disappear.”

Journalist Andy Ngo said Antifa is organized in “multiple units” with scouts providing audio updates. Others carry out violence with weapons and firebombs.

They are horizontally organized with no public leader – their belief there should be no authority, Ngo said.

John Miller, the NYPD’s head of intelligence and counter-terrorism, said radicals have scouts, medics and even supply routes of rocks, bottles and accelerants to commit vandalism.

They plan violence in advance, using encrypted communications, he said.

Mike Griffin, a longtime Minneapolis activist, told The New York Times he saw strangers demonstrating, including “well-dressed white men in expensive boots carrying hammers and talking about torching buildings.”
