The Public Service Commission should be held accountable for its “donation” of SCANA to Dominion Energy. We need more than newspaper articles and the perorations of dispirited citizens. We require yet another Philippic as Cicero styled his after Demosthenes’ criticism of the tyranny of Philip II of Macedonia. Maybe then we can all get the $1,000 we were once promised.
